If you have signed up to the Academy, we will use personal data which you submit to us for the purposes of running the Academy, communicating with you about your Submissions (as defined in the Academy Terms), notifying you when a new brief is posted on the Website and if any of the Academy Terms change, and also in connection with the exercise of our rights in relation to any Submission you make and any resulting Viral (as defined in the Academy Terms). This may include, amongst other things, communicating with you about your registration or user log in and/or rights queries about your Submission, notifying you when the successful Submission(s) have been chosen and/or when the Viral (as defined in the Academy Terms) has been seeded.

If your Submission is successful we will also identify you as the creator of the Viral (as defined in the Academy Terms) in accordance with the Academy Terms, and may use the personal data you submit to us for the purposes of promoting the Viral in accordance with the Academy Terms. The name of the successful individual or agency will be posted on the Website and we may also notify others who have signed up to the Academy of the identity of the successful individual or agency.

We will not give out your contact details directly to third parties, except as stated in this Privacy Policy. We may communicate with you using any of the methods for which you have supplied us contact details (including but not limited to any electronic means, such as email).

You agree that if you provide us with personal information about another person, then that person has consented to you providing such personal data to us and that he or she is aware of the purposes for which that data may be used.
